10.5 gpm 300 psi Three diaphragm poly pump with control unit with adjustable pressure regulator, manual dump lever, dual ball valve outlets & pressure gauge. Fitted with gear box for 4-6.5 HP gasoline engines with 3/4'' shafts. 1-1/4" inlet hose barb, (2)ea 1/2" outlet hose barb and 3/4" bypass hose barb.

UDOR ZETA-40P/GR series poly pumps have polypropylene and stainless steel liquid handling parts. Control unit is included with an adjustable pressure regulator, manual dump lever, dual ball valve outlets, and a pressure gauge . This pump is compatible with aggressive fluids like liquid fertilizers, de-icing materials, pesticides, and chlorine. The cyclone pump is self priming and can be run dry. Equipped with stainless steel check valves, visual oil level sight gauge and large capacity oil bath crankcase with drain plugs.

The following test was base on using a typicali injector advertised to draw at 20% (not ours) mounted on a TS-2021 General Pump running at 5.6 GPM.
1. With 100’ of hose - NO CHEM INDUCTOR 63 oz. of chem per min.
2. With 100’ of hose - WITH CHEM INDUCTOR 204 oz. of chem per min.

3. With 500’ of hose - NO CHEM INDUCTOR 0 oz. of chem per min.
4. With 500’ of hose - WITH CHEM INDUCTOR 204 oz. of chem per min.

This means that regardless of which problem you hare having you will still induce almost 2 gallons of chemical per minute into the system. Never again will you have to apply the product 2 or 3 times to get the job done. Now you’ll be on your way after the first pass. Roof Cleaners using bleach really love this system.
