Z' Greaser 55 Gallon Kit

One of the most powerful formulas in detergent formulation. This non-caustic degreasing formula has the ability to dissolve and suspend two pounds per gallon of water of product while most detergents will break apart at one pound per gallon. Z'Greaser was formulated to disrupt the surface membrane of grease in order to free and solubilize membrane bound pollutants and maintain them in solution not allowing them to redeposit before rinsing. Because of it's unique blend of Zoloid Surfactant and special coupling and stabilizing agents, Z'Greaser can be used in a wider variety of cleaning applications. Having been extensively tested in the trucking industry it has been found that the most effective dilution ratios for final product to surface, is a dilution level of 225 parts water to 1  part  Z' Greaser. In heavy equipment applications a ratio or 90 parts water to 1 part Z'Greaser showed the best results. Consists of 40lbs of powder and 20 lbs of liquid.

Performance Builder Plus- 2.5 Gallons

Personally speaking I think one of the biggest ‘scams’ perpetrated on the Professional Mobile Wash Industry is trying to make them think that there is a lot of ‘rocket science’ that goes into producing high performance, caustic exhaust hood cleaners. There isn’t and if you insist on purchasing those type of products - well then - you are just wasting a lot of money because anyone can make them. Simply purchase a drum of 85% Potassium Hydroxide and add one gallon of PERFORMANCE BUILDER PLUS. Sodium Hydroxide, Potassium Hydroxide Exhaust Hood Cleaners, and Paint Strippers (same thing) are nothing but 1 gallon of surfactant added to the drum and stirred in. Nothing more - nothing less. The secret is this - because of the aggressiveness of these two raw materials there are only a couple of surfactants that are stable in the solution for any period of time and they are not cheap. Because of the cost of this family of surfactants many manufacturers rely on a nine mole surfactant such as that found in typical detergents and slap a label on it and out the door it goes. The trouble here is -by the time you get the product the surfactant has been overwhelmed by the hydroxide to a point where it has exhausted it’s ability or perform. Performance Builder Plus is a blend of high yield, caustic stable surfactants & emulsifiers that will hold up indefinitely and help to ‘crank up’ the horsepower of the raw material.

Next time you decide to buy a caustic cleaner order up a gallon of Performance Builder Plus. Then look in your yellow pages for your local chemical supplier. A premium caustic exhaust hood cleaner would be one where 50 pounds of sodium hydroxide beads are mixed with 55 gallons of water along with one gallon of Performance Builder Plus. Exercise caution when mixing sodium hydroxide beads with water. Add very slowly otherwise there can be a violent reaction where the product will blow back on you. After the beads have been added stir in the Performance Builder Plus. If you use Potassium Hydroxide you will purchase that in a 85% liquid form. Typically a manufacturer will make 4 drums out of 1 drum of the 85% solution. In this case you will need 4 each 1 gallon containers of Performance Builder Plus. EXERCISE CAUTION when working with any chemical product. Read and understand the MSDS and all safety information about the products being handled. Wear protective clothing and safety
glasses. Do not allow any unprotected person or animal around the mixing area. Clean up when done.

'OCB' Emulsifier- 1 Gallons

'OCB' Emulsifier is a super solvent-surfactant that can be added to both alkaline detergents and acids. This two fold product not only boosts you chemical performance, but increases your chemicals detergency providing for a very fast and free rinse. Considered an all surface safe product, 'OCB' Emulsifier  blasts away oil and grease on contact. One gallon container of 'OCB' Emulsifier will treat 55 gallons of product.
