Power Stroke has been specifically designed for flat surface concrete cleaning. This Non-Caustic, Phosphate free cleaner contains special concrete brightening agents. Power Stroke is by far the highest concentration non-caustic detergent available in the industry. This chemical exhibits excellent wetting, rinsing and emulsification properties due to its high concentration of our SuperFlo Polymer Complex System. This exotic complex is formulated from a variety of unique dispersant's, hydrotopes, and surfactants, which are not commonly found in detergent formulations.

The general rule in detergent formulation is as follows: Approximately 1 gallon of water will hold approximately 1lb of chemical before separation will begin. If your current product begins to separate using this calculation, more often than not, it has been camouflaged with fillers to add weight to the product for bottom line profits. Power Stroke, on the other hand is able to dissolve 2.5 lbs of powder per gallon of water without separation. To our knowledge no other company can make this claim. The advantage of these levels allow the contractor to clean substrates that would normally require the use of caustics, as well as the ability to work faster and safer which increases your bottom line profits.

Z' Greaser 55 Gallon Kit

One of the most powerful formulas in detergent formulation. Z'Greaser was formulated to disrupt the surface membrane of grease in order to free and solubilize membrane bound pollutants and maintain them in solution not allowing them to redeposit before rinsing. Because of it's unique blend of Zoloid Surfactant and special coupling and stabilizing agents, Z'Greaser can be used in a wider variety of cleaning applications. Having been extensively tested in the trucking industry it has been found that the most effective dilution ratios for final product to surface, is a dilution level of 225 parts water to 1  part  Z' Greaser. In heavy equipment applications a ratio or 90 parts water to 1 part Z'Greaser showed the best results. Consists of 40lbs of powder and 20 lbs of liquid.

Rust-Away has specifically formulated to remove well-water rust stains from concrete, stucco, siding, fiberglass, and more. The next time you wash a house tell the customer you can add years of life back into their concrete for an extra $50.00. Simply mix 1/2 to 1 pound of Rust-Away rust stain remover per gallon of water and spray it on the concrete with a pump up garden sprayer and wash the house. By the time you finish Rust-Away is through with the concrete, it is that easy.

Rust-Away crystals are a unique blend of acids and surfactants which remove well water rust stains from most exterior surfaces. Spray dissolved solution of Rust-Away and water onto the surface with a chemical resistant sprayer and rinse with fresh water. Process may be repeated as necessary. This product is not for use on brick containing iron oxide pigments. 40 Lbs of powder makes 32-60 Gallons Concentrate.
